Local practitioner for over 15 years. Dr Perlmutter grew up on Long Island, New York. He majored in biology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Urology at West Virginia University and then completed a Urologic Oncology Fellowship at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in New York. He has been an Indiana resident since 2008.
