Dr. Talug grew up in Akron, OH. He completed college and medical school at Northeast Ohio Medical University. He was one of the few select students to enter the combined undergraduate/medical school program. After graduation, he performed his Urology residency at West Virginia University and later completed his fellowship in Urologic Oncology at City of Hope Cancer Center in Duarte, California.
